You can customise your cards in many ways, view our customisation page. Or you can email us at sales@greeting-cards.com.sg, call us at 6392 3885 or fax us at 6397 22066 to liaise with us.
 
3. What if I want to put my company logo/company name/bosses name and signature on the card? [-]
Sure you can! Just let us know how you want to customise your cards and we will liaise with you to make it all work out.
 
4. What kind of material is are the cards printed on? [-]
The cards are printed on 220gsm Ivory White Card.
 
5. I need to print my company logo, company name, address, contact numbers and names/signatures on the cards. How do I proceed from here? [-]
Please email us at sales@greeting-cards.com.sg your company logo (saved in Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Freehand (.fh), .pdf, ..tiff or .eps format. Please also indicate the Pantone colors.
You may send us by post your letterhead or stationery that has the corporate colour that you would like us to print and we will try to match it.

For signatures, please sign using black ink, indicate the name beside the signature, scan it in 300 dpi resolution and email it to us.
 
6. How do can I make sure you actually put the right things on my card? [-]
An artwork/layout will be emailed to you for your confirmation. Please check the artwork carefully as we will not be responsible for any errors or spelling mistakes.
 
7. Where do you deliver your cards to? [-]
We generally deliver only to Singapore addresses, but if you want it delivered to non-Singapore addresses, call us at 6392 3885 or email us at sales@greeting-cards.com.sg to make arrangements. Click here for more info.
 
8. How is delivery carried out? [-]
You can choose to collect the cards yourselves at No. 1 Kaki Avenue 3 #04-09, Singapore 416087 or have the cards delivered to your location. An additional charge will be added for deliveries. Click here for more info.
 
9. How can I make payment? [-]
Payment can be made by cash/cheque on receipt of the cards or a cheque may be sent to us through post or through Bank Transfers.
For orders under SGD$100.00 please make payment upon receipt of your cards.
Cheques should be crossed and made payable to Image World Marketing.
 
10. When can I get my order? [-]
As soon as we receive the Order Form, our Sales Personnel will contact you to confirm receipt of your order. We will then proceed to do the artwork for the overprinting/customisation and thereafter email it to you for your confirmation. For orders with customisation work, Delivery/Collection is 7 working days from the date of confirmation of the artwork. If you wish your order to be Delivered/Collected on a specific date, please indicate the same on the Order Form. Orders without overprinting/customisation will be ready for Delivered/Collection 3 working days from date of confirmation of order.
 
11. What if I need the cards by a specific date? [-]
All orders are subject to availability of cards. Please indicate the date you need the cards on the Order Form and we will do our best to accommodate.
 
12. Do you provide envelopes for the cards? [-]
Yes, we provide white envelopes for Hari Raya, Deepavali and Christmas/New Year. For Lunar New Year, we provide pink envelopes.
