Making your Order:
You can place your order in two ways, through our online portal or through a simple phone call.

Ordering Online:
To place an order online, go look at our catalogue! Pick a category and click on a card to view a larger image in a pop-up window. Once you see a card that you like, click on it, enter a quantity on the pop-up window and click "Add to cart". You can do this several times for several cards. When you are done, click on "Check out" to proceed with completing your order.

At the check out page, please fill in the order form with as much detail as you can, this will aid us in processing your order as quickly as possible. When you are done, click "Send Order" and your order will be sent to our sales staff. There is no need to make payment at this point.

Once our sales staff has received your order, we will contact you using the details that you have entered on the order form in order to confirm the details of your order such as customisation options, delivery details and payment.

Once we have received your order, we will check such details with you as customisation options, payment methods and delivery locations/times.

Ordering by Telephone:
You can call our sales hotline at +65 6392 3885 or +65 6392 3889, Mondays through Fridays between 9am to 6pm to place your order. Please quote us the card codes when placing your order.

For cards with Customisation
Upon receipt of your customisation details such as the softcopy of your logo or your letterhead for graphic duplication, the artwork of your cards for customisation will be sent to you for your confirmation and approval. Please check carefully as we will not be responsible for any mistakes in spelling or grammar once you have approved the artwork.

Delivery:
Depending on card availability, orders without any customisation will be delivered or ready for collection 3 working days from the date of your order.
Cards with customisation options will be delivered or ready for collection 7 working days from the date of your confirmation and approval of artwork.

Delivery Charges:
Self-Collect = No Charge
Singapore Delivery (<10 pieces) = SGD$3 (by post)
Singapore Delivery (>10 pieces) = SGD$12 (by courier)
Non-Singapore Delivery = By Special Arrangement

Payment Methods:
For orders under SGD$100.00, payment should be made by Cash or Cheque upon delivery or collection of cards.
For all other orders, payment can be made by three methods:

  1. Cash or Cheque on delivery or collection
  2. Cheque via mail
  3. Bank transfer

Cheques should be crossed and made payable to Image World Marketing.

If you wish to pay via Bank transfer, we will notify you of our bank details upon confirmation of order.

If you wish to mail us a Cheque or collect your cards personally, you may do so at:
